**The Venue**

Located in a bustling CBD alleyway, **Mr Wong** is a two-hatted hidden jewel within the Sydney dining scene. This two-level Chinese delight will transport you back to a 1930’s Jazz era Shanghai. At the helm is no other than executive chef Dan Hong, Mr Wong is one of Sydney’s largest eateries yet still manages to feel intimate, charming, and traditional with its moody jazz backdrop.

**The Role**
We are searching for an experienced **Restaurant **Host** to lead the team at the forefront of a 500+ covers per day restaurant. This team is responsible for meeting, greeting, and seating guests in a high volume and fast-paced environment whilst delivering a high-class and seamless service to our guests.

To be considered for this role, we’re looking for:

- experience within high-end restaurants and bars using booking systems such as ResDiary or SevenRooms
- well-presented professionals
- with an eye for detail
- passion for delivering exceptional service
- and the ability to lead a team of experienced hosts

**Salary**: $28.08 - $39.31 per hour
