Mulgoa Preschool, boasting two rooms, accommodates 54 children, while Alasan Cottage Preschool provides an intimate setting for 20 children. Our focus revolves around fostering a supportive team environment and delivering high-quality early childhood education.

**Position Overview**: We are seeking full-time Diploma Qualified Educators to enrich our Preschool and Toddler room. As an enthusiastic and committed individual, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a positive learning atmosphere. If you possess leadership qualities and revel in collaborating within a team, this role aligns perfectly with your aspirations.

**Position Overview**:We seek to add an enthusiastic individual to start their career in Early Childhood as a full-time trainee. You will be signed up through a traineeship agreement and study online with the International Child Care College. All cost of your trainee will be covered

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Children's Services
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Up-to-date Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Certificate
- Proficiency in developing educational programs meeting National Quality Standards
- Proven ability in purposeful teaching to enhance children's learning
- Sound knowledge of National Regulations and Early Years Learning Framework
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Expectations**: Applicants are expected to maintain professional conduct, foster respectful interactions with children, families, and staff, and exhibit exceptional time management and professional skills.
