You are energetic, experienced and tenacious, have a passion for making a difference in the world of ostomy care and the drive to achieve it.
This position is pivotal to Coloplast's success during a period of accelerated sales growth. If you are someone who has a passion for healthcare, and enjoy learning and a challenge with a great attitude, then we can support your growth and prepare you for success for this role.
You will ideally have a clinical background or nursing experience, and you have either worked as a medical sales representative or are keen to take the next step in your career and move into a sales role. While you enjoy working autonomously, you are an active member in a supportive team of like-minded individuals.
You will have a natural ability to establish strong partnerships and will also be comfortable interacting with people across clinical environments at all levels.
Your responsibility:
Promote and increase knowledge and usage of ostomy care products and solutions into Hospitals.
Manage, develop and grow new and existing customer accounts, including Key Accounts.
Build loyal relationships with customers at all levels; Specialists, Nurses, Doctors, Procurement and Key Opinion Leaders.
Maintain awareness of all sales opportunities, competitor activity and performance plan.
Meet KPIs around activity and objectives.
Attend exhibitions and conferences as required.
Strong drive, ambition and a flexible approach to the role.
Tenacity, passion and hunger for growth and results.
Great business acumen and the focus, determination and drive to achieve targets.
Clear and confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
