Our client is an undisputed a leader in their field, offering the market a high quality manufactured product to a specialty industry. They offer a progressive working environment, opportunities for their employees to grow as well as a dedication to ensuring the highest quality of standards is met.
**Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, the functional requirements of the role include the following responsibilities**:
- Foster and sustain client relationships through proactive engagement and communication.
- Formulate business plans for the territory, which covers South/East Victoria, to expand the company's growth prospects.
- Offer training to clients and consumers based on product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales-related activities and transactions.
- Deliver regular presentations and reports to the sales team and management.
**Additionally you must have**:
- Availability to work full time Monday to Friday work, plus weekends as required (which accrues TIL) with some regional overnight stays required - up to 2 nights every 4 weeks.
- A background or experience with animal science or agriculture.
- Ideally located in the South/East suburbs.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Driven and a willingness to grow professionally.
