They are seeking a motivated and customer-centric
**Territory Manager** for the team. As a Territory Manager, you will build and maintain relationships with primary school educators in your designated territory. You’ll be responsible for planning your day and effectively covering the assigned territory. You’ll report to the Primary sales and Marketing Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Able to identify new opportunities and continue growing relationships within your designated territory
- Able to develop leads based on the market feedback
- Ensure all communication with new businesses is effective and moves to a close
- Able to achieve your sales target and KPI
- Negotiate and be able to push back to generate a win/win outcome with potential clients

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Previous Face to Face or B2B sales experience
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
