About the Position:
The NDIS Client Intake and Support Coordinator is the first point of contact for new customers purchasing services from Edenability within a disability service. Edenability has a portfolio of supported disability accommodation including SIL, Short Term Accommodation (respite), Medium Term Accommodation (MTA), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) in Sydney NSW.

Our Engagement Coordinator ideally has a healthcare/marketing/business background. They are passionate about ensuring clients have access to safe and appropriate care and environments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Networking and liaising with key Hospitals, Support Coordinators, and other relevant healthcare stakeholders.
- Undertake activities to grow inquiries which may include expos, networking events, accommodation listings, presentations to referrer groups and meetings with potential new referrers
- Embed the introduction of new approaches to improve client experience and drive new business
- Actively manage client intake and transition Delivery of high-quality service, including reporting, documentation and other duties as needed
- Work proactively and positively with customers and stakeholders, including families, guardians, support coordinators and the NDIA
- Drive business development and account-related activity that supports the business’ growth aspirations
- Provide weekly (or as directed) reports to the Operations Manager that includes new customer data, exits, trends and positive outcomes
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualifications with a minimum of a Certificate IV in Disability, Mental Health or Community Services or equivalent demonstrated knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated relevant experience in working with people with a disability and their support networks
- Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and business development skills, particularly the promotion of current services and connecting with local communities and referral networks
- Commitment to the provision of exceptional customer service
- Passionate about the work and have patience and mentality to support and care for people with a disability and assist them in building capacity to develop more independence and regulate.
- Unrestricted Driving License
- Minimum two years experience working in the Disability industry

Competitive total remuneration package of +80K

Part-time hours: 38 per week
**Salary**: From $80,300.25 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
**Experience**:
- Healthcare: 1 year (preferred)
