**The Company**

Our client is leading the way with their fresh new way of thinking and a new generation of sustainable, premium quality interior products distributed globally for use within the healthcare, educational and industrial sectors.

They are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator who is dependable, a problem solver and an excellent communicator to ensure that upcoming projects are well organised and implemented successfully.

**The Role**

Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of their assigned projects, providing project support from specification through to completion.

This includes coordinating project schedules, resources, products and information, liaising with clients and interfacing between sales team members and management to ensure that client’s requirements are met as the project evolves.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Project / Sales Coordinator experience within a quality interior products manufacturer or distributor (knowledge of bathroom fittings & fixtures is desirable but not essential)
- Qualifications in business, project management or similar
- Experience working with a Sales team to help them identify and secure product specification within client project opportunities
- Amazing problem-solving skills
- Ability to ask clients great questions to help identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Excellent administrative skills with a high accuracy level
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Solid organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent project tasks
- Technical aptitude
- Balanced talking and listening skills
- Excellent follow-up skills - experience keeping everyone involved in projects informed, building solid relationships with clients
