Job Description

As Front Office Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our guest experience. You'll lead a passionate team to deliver genuine, personalised luxury at every touchpoint - setting the tone for professionalism, warmth, and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Lead, mentor, and energise the Front Office team to build a high-performing, positive culture.

  • Oversee arrivals and departures with precision and warmth.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to support team development.
  • Handle guest concerns with empathy and a solutions-first mindset.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth, cohesive operations.
  • Implement training initiatives that elevate service standards.
  • Build lasting relationships with VIPs and returning guests.
  • Monitor and manage Front Office operations with efficiency and care.
  • Be available across a rotating roster of mornings, evenings, and overnights.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel setting.
  • A confident, supportive leadership style with a passion for mentoring.
  • Calm composure under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Organisational finesse and time-management expertise.
  • Energetic, proactive, and team-focused attitude.
  • Natural ability to build trust with guests and colleagues.
  • Experience with Opera Cloud PMS highly regarded.
