We are seeking a friendly, professional, and proactive Guest Service Agent to join our team in a luxury 5-star environment.

Your Role


• Assist guests with reservations, check-in, and check-out


• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and special arrangements


• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions


• Ensure accurate billing and payment processing


• Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure the property is always guest-ready


• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally


• Maintain professional presentation and excellent communication at all times

About You


• Previous hospitality experience is essential; hotel guest services experience is a plus


• Strong 5-star customer service skills with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction


• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and tasks efficiently


• Proficiency in reservation management software (training provided)


• Flexible to work weekends as part of your role
