The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and customer focused Guest Services / Reservations Agent to join our Front Office team in a full-time or permanent part-time capacity. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and memorable experience throughout their stay.

About You

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and service orientated individual who is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:

Previous experience in office administration or a similar front of house role (preferred but not essential)

  • A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail, with a proactive and positive mindset
  • A strong focus and passion for delivering outstanding guest service
  • Strong computer literacy with confidence in navigating various systems and software applications
  • Good local knowledge of Noosa's attractions, restaurants, and surroundings
  • The ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Availability to work a flexible roster, including mornings and evenings (between 7am and 9pm), weekends, and public holidays
  • As a member of the Netanya team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and professionalism, with a strong focus on providing a first-class guest experience

About the role

  • Provide information on local activities, events etc.
  • Join the team to guide the front office's day-to-day operations with expertise
  • Participate and assist the guest check in / out process looking ahead
  • Guest Experience with effective skills in people management from enquiries to concerns
  • Maintain exceptional standards ensuring all team members are prepared and well-informed to deliver guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out

The successful applicants will have:

  • Have at least ONE year previous Office / Reception / Reservations experience in a hands-on role.
  • Proficiency in using reservation and / or property management systems is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure,
  • Excellent communication, both written and spoken
