A well-reputed company is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to join their team

**Your new company**
This organisation is a leading provider of commercial workplace, hospitality, educational and residential furniture of original and contemporary design. They have a collection of international brands and have showrooms across multiple states in Australia.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be the first point of contact and therefore sets an impression of the company to the industry and public. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Support the State Manager and Sales Consultants with administration duties as required
- Assist the sales team with all internal processes including quoting, order confirmations, ordering, scheduling, tenders and contracts
- Work with suppliers to ensure lead-times and project schedules can be achieved and communicated to the customer
- Maintain cleanliness of showroom and facilities on a daily basis and ensure the showroom is kept in a presentable and organized manner
- Maintain stock levels of sampling and brochures from overseas and local suppliers
- Coordinate showroom events and functions with Consultant and Manager. This includes organising; catering, hiring of equipment, cleaning and packing away

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will require the following skills and attributes to be successful in this role.
- Previous experience working in a face to face customer service role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated the ability to multitask
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly
- Demonstrated the ability to work in a team while also being able to work autonomously

**What you'll get in return**
An initial 4-weeks contract with the possibility for extension or permanency depending on your performance. Your office will be located in the Adelaide CBD and you will be working fulltime hours.
