Contract opportunity for a passionate and driven IT Customer Support Officer for an initial 3-month contract

This well-regarded SA government department based in the Adelaide CBD, is continuing to experience growth, and is looking to add to their progressive team. They are currently dealing with high demand in their service desk and are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join them.

**What you'll need to succeed**
***
You will possess exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including a confident, self-motivated and willingness to learn attitude. You will also possess excellent prioritisation skills.
- Demonstrable knowledge of ITIL Service Management methodologies for the effective delivery of ICT service desk operations.
- Ability to document the actions and outcomes of various operational meetings.
- Ability to provide 1st level support of telephony systems.
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge in the use and support of IT Service Management tools
- The ability to proactively analyse and identify service improvement opportunities.
- Ability to provide 1st level support for various Microsoft 365 Service Offerings
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or within a team environment, maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy, ensuring timelines are met.
