**Your new company**

This company is a statutory authority responsible for providing support services, and administering long service leave entitlements, to South Australia's construction industry.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Manager, this role will provide efficient and effective customer service and administration support to all stakeholders of the business. The role will be required to deliver a customer-first approach that demonstrates professionalism in all interactions.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Has general knowledge of customer service principles and office administration practices
- Has excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Handles all interactions efficiently and in accordance with approved guidelines, processes, and instructions.
- Has good attention to detail and ability to act on initiative and can work with flexibility to respond to changing demands
- Can multitask, solve problems and provide solutions where appropriate.
- Can work within set key performance indicator parameters.
- Can work under pressure and be organised

Only Australian citizens will be considered for this role. You must be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance for the role.
