**Service Executive**

Our Adelaide office is looking for a new support team member to join their fun and cohesive team

Your experience and insurance knowledge is required to be successful in this role and your willingness to contribute to a well-established team and be a part of a collaborative office environment.

**What the day will look like**
- Working with our national client teams to provide technical support and assistance on international insurance placements.
- Providing day-to-day support to a range of our Insurance Brokers across our National client teams at Aon, which also involves processing overseas insurance placements
- Handling a wide range of administration tasks relating to business insurance renewal and new policy processes, arranging insurance certificates, crafting various reports, handling client correspondence, and working on ad hoc project tasks
- Collaborating closely with different insurance companies relating to policy terms and quotes

- Good all-round communication and organisational skills
- A passion for teamwork and enjoys supporting others
- Insurance experience is required
- Comfortable learning new systems and having a proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to form relationships with multiple partners in a professional manner
- Prioritising your workload and completing daily client requests
