As an

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Australian and New Zealand market, with a primary focus on the talent acquisition and HR industries.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business expansion objectives and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the TA community, including HR professionals, recruitment agencies, and industry influencers.
- Leverage your existing network and industry knowledge to generate leads and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored sales collateral and campaigns that resonate with the Australian and New Zealand market.
- Provide insights and feedback from the field to the product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings and stay ahead of market trends.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Represent the Company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and foster business relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience within the recruitment, TA, or HR Tech industry.
- Extensive network within the talent acquisition community in Australia.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
- Preferably Australian or worked in Australia for a significant part of your career, demonstrating a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.
- Senior-level experience with a track record of successfully driving sales and achieving targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel within Australia as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
