Due to significant growth and after winning numerous state tenders this
**ISO accredited construction business is seeking an experienced HR Generalist** to join their team during a period of expansion
**to create, define and deliver HR processes across the business.**

Projected to double in revenue over the next year your role will be to ensure employee satisfaction and engagement is high. Working within the
**Senior Management Team** of 5x, you will play an integral part
**in delivering on multiple HR projects and owning the people piece of this successful business. **This role will be a blend of 80% staff learning & development and 20% recruitment focussed.

Champion company culture and develop strategies and frameworks to improve employee engagement and business brand in the market.

**Employee Relations**:
Provide counselling, mediation and advice to employees.

**Learning & Development**:
Develop and maintain adequate induction and continual training process, support and nurture opportunities for personal development.

**Performance Management**:
Take ownership and drive the Performance Review and Development process across the organisation, coaching managers and identifying career progression opportunities.

**Remuneration & Rewards**:
Determine suitable salaries in line with the market, research and implement non-monetary benefits for employees. Designing and developing reward and recognition programs.

**Recruitment**:
Ensure the delivery of proactive recruitment processes and management of budget, growing the business headcount by 20%. Job flow management and compliance across job profiling.

**Succession Management**:
Facilitate review discussions with senior leaders and identify areas of risk and recommend actions.

**Project Management**:
Annual staff reviews and system implementation and transformation.

In all these areas of responsibility you will be required to ensure effective processes, systems & tools are available working closely with leaders of the business.

**Skills & experience required**:

- **5+ years’** experience as a HR Generalist
- Previous experience in an HR Management (construction / trades industry would be ideal)
- Tertiary qualifications in **Human Resource Management** or related discipline.
- Previous experience in **creating and designing HR processes**:

- **Proactive attitude** and ability to think outside the box
- Must thrive working in a hands-on team environment
- ISO quality accreditation is highly regarded
