**Your new role**
Your new role is working a HR Advisor for a leading brand, reporting to the HR Manager.

You will be responsible for:

- Providing timely and accurate HR advice and assistance
- Assisting with onboarding and recruitment
- Keeping track of and upgrading HR rules, procedures, and projects
- Researching the applicable award, enterprise agreement, and legislation
- Providing support and coaching regarding employee relations and performance management
- Case Management of disciplinary matters, workers’ compensation matters and occupational, health and safety matters
- Working closely with Payroll to ensure compliance with legislative requirements
- General administrative HR duties

In order to be successful for this role, ideally you will come with relevant industry experience as well as a relevant qualification. This role requires good communication skills, strong analytical skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
