Our client is an iconic Australian footwear retailer who has been in the business of shoes for over 100 years with over 60 retail sites and a growing ecommerce presence. They have a new opening to join their HR team as HR advisor based in their head office in WA. This report directly reports into the HR Manager, working closely with the National Operations Team and Store Managers.

**The Job Role**:

- Be the expert in HR advice and HR support for the business
- Build strong working relationships with Operations Team and Store Managers
- Support in recruiting top talent and co-ordinate onboarding programs across the national store portfolio
- Keep abreast of any updates to EA and HR process, policies and legislation
- Lead and support clear conversations in managing performance and employee relations
- Understanding of OHS and compensation cases
- Collaborate and work closely with the Payroll team to oversee compliance
- Day to day administration tasks

**What you will Bring**:

- 4+ years of work experience in the HR field, with a degree/certificate in HR Management
- Solid understanding of HR processes and implementing policies
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Confident and capable to analyse and resolve issues effectively
- High attention to detail, with a solution focused mindset
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated, with a positive attitude
