Due to significant growth, Georgiou is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor for an immediate start to provide Human Resources support and business partner with one of our Western Australia business units.

Based in Osborne Park, this is a fantastic opportunity for a true Human Resources generalist who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, to join our busy and dynamic Perth HR Team. Our HR Team is knowledgeable, with a strong desire to make an impact in their roles, are always ready for a laugh and willing to go out of their way to help each other.

**Reporting to the HR Manager - WA, you will be trusted to**:

- Work in a business partnering role with Senior Management and the broader People and Capability team to identify and facilitate effective, consistent people management strategies to meet business plans
- Manage HR grievances and complaints, ensuring consistency and adherence to legislation and Georgiou values.
- Provide confidential advice on a broad range of HR matters mostly relating to company policies & procedures, terms & conditions of employment, and employee benefits
- Facilitate effective HR meetings and participate in site audits/visits to build strong working relationships to deliver high-quality and professional HR services across Georgiou projects across Western Australia.
- Ensure operational and day to day HR requirements of the business throughout all employee lifecycle stages are appropriately met including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, HR management systems.

**What you're good at**:
**You will have;**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR Advisor / Business partner role
- Tertiary qualification in human resources or a related discipline
- A current Driver's License and the ability to provide support to both Metro and Regional projects
- Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, including proficient skills in computers (Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS etc.) and strong attention to detail
- The ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with a wide variety of people, internally and externally
- The ability to work independently to prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
- Ability to interpret legislation, regulations, Awards, Industrial Agreements together with policy and procedure
