**Job Description**:
Are you looking for an opportunity to put your passion and skills towards building something meaningful? Then why not join us and partner with one of Australia’s largest FMCG brands to deliver meaningful impact in this hands-on role in designing the future of work for over 40,000 Australians. We are looking for a people-focused Senior Associate with a keen interest in strategy and business to support the delivery of this large scale transformation programme, working alongside our team of passionate specialists. The role will require some travel, as you spend time on site with the client, getting to know their day-to-day operations, building meaningful relationships, and creating change that sticks.

You might be a management consultant with 3-5 years’ experience under your belt, looking to take that next step into something a little more creative and purpose-driven. Or perhaps you’re an Account Manager or specialist in an agency with a burning desire to flex your strategic edge. Or maybe you’re part of an in-house HR, L&D, or communications team looking for a new (and dare we say more exciting) challenge on the other side.
- Diving deep into our client to understand their strategy and the business problems we are helping them to solve.
- Building strong and lasting relationships across a range of stakeholders. The relationships you build will leave each stakeholder feeling like you’re an extension of their team
- Supporting the design of creative learning solutions for roll out nationally and globally
- Designing tailored engagement plans to ensure we are taking everyone on the transformation journey
- Facilitating interviews and focus groups to unearth and hunt down insights as we design the workplace of the future for our client
- Collaborating with strategists and creatives to find smart ways to nudge behaviour change
- Using your organisation and time-management skills to prioritise and juggle multiple deadlines and workstreams in a complex programme of work
- Presenting to C-Suite and senior management - spotting and sharing your take on opportunities to continue to better the work we partner to deliver
- Bringing your enthusiasm to contribute to a team environment, taking an active role in building the positive culture of our agency

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of culture, strategy, engagement or L&D experience (consulting, agency, or in-house)
- A genuine interest and experience in human behaviour (an organisational psychology degree is a bonus)
- Experience facilitating focus groups and documenting insights
- Big picture strategic thinker with the ability to work in the detail
- Great time management - you’re able to juggle multiple deadlines while staying resilient during tight timeframes
- Client-facing experience, plenty of energy and presenting skills, and holding yourself accountable to stay outcomes focussed in an often-ambiguous environment
- Excellent communicator who can engage teams, share ideas, and gain buy-in from stakeholders
- A natural at building credibility and trust with everyone you work with, driven by your willingness to pitch in, and your passion for making a difference for our clients and their people
