**Salary: $72,152.53 - $113,226.10 base salary per annum**
**Enterprise Agreement: The Named NSW (Non-Declared) Affiliated Health Organisations' Professional & Associated Staff Agreement 2022;**The Named NSW (Non-Declared) Affiliated Health Organisations' Nurses Enterprise Agreement 2017**

**About you**:
The position of a Mental Health Professional in the Community Mental Health Team is to provide a high standard of mental health practice and interventions within a multidisciplinary team. Keys skills required include mental state assessment, risk assessment, collaboration with stakeholders both internally & externally including NGO's. Experience working with people on Community Treatment Orders is desirable.

1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia
2. Relevant qualifications as a Mental Health Professional.
3. For Social Workers, eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). For Occupational Therapist, Psychologist and Registered Nurse are required to have a full registration with APHRA.
4. Demonstrated experience working within a Community Mental Health Position as part of a multidisciplinary health care team.
5. Ability to complete a mental state & risk assessment.
6. Commitment to provision of recovery-focused holistic mental health interventions.
7. Excellent computer, written, and verbal communication skills, and effective interpersonal and organisational skills, including using an electronic medical record system.
8. Current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence.
