We are a team of 300 Sleekers from 18 countries, with offices in Singapore, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK committed to delivering the best experience to our clients
Our Sales associates play a key central role within Sleek: you will develop and expand our customer base, and help grow the business in Australia while helping thousands of entrepreneurs start and manage their businesses.
If you join us, some of your responsibilities will be:
- Efficiently acquiring new clients at scale, and ensuring they have an amazing client onboarding experience.
- Quickly respond to all online and phone new client leads
- Build confidence and trust of clients and affiliate partners
- Ensure new clients are efficiently onboarded and feel highly cared for
- Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve our client acquisition operations
- Log and track all customer interactions in the appropriate CRM systems
- Collaborate with and contribute to our marketing strategy, business development and operations teams
- Like any good start-up, be prepared to roll up your sleeves to contribute to other parts of the business as needed : )
**Requirements**:
- You are a born hustler, networker by heart and hungry for sales
- You have at least 2 years of sales or business development experience, ideally within SME or consumer sectors, or in a high growth online start-up environment
- You have a growth mindset, and an ability to analyse diagnostics and determine the best next courses of action in a world of infinite possibilities
- You have a demonstrated success in exceeding sales and NPS targets
- You have a strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills

We are currently working in a fixed hybrid model, which means we are meeting at the office 2/3 days a week. Therefore, only applicants from Sydney will be considered for this role.
