**ABOUT THE PROJECT**

**The Square Kilometre Array (SKA) project **is an international effort supported by 16 countries to build the world’s largest radio telescopes, led by the **SKAO**.

**Ventia **has been awarded a significant part of the contract and is leveraging our telecommunications capabilities for this exciting project.

Our scope includes the provision of power and fibre networks, and the design and commission of a Central Processing Facility (CPF) and Remote Processing Facilities (RPF) at the Australian site. **The Project Administrator **will take ownership in the ordering and management of equipment, materials, products and general services.

**KEY DELIVERABLES**:

- Raise Purchase orders (PO’s) in SAP/Airba
- Track project costings and maintain accurate records
- Liaise and coordinate with suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes
- Monitor & Investigate variances between PO’s & invoices
- Liaise with the delivery team to forecast materials

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience in coordination on large infrastructure projects I.E Telecommunications, Construction & Maintenance sectors
- Proven experience with SAP & Airba& Microsoft suite
- Attention to detail, organised and forthcoming with solutions
- Commercially astute & confident in administrative tasks
