**About You**
We are looking for a driven and passionate Finance Support Officer to become a core member of our Shared Services Finance Team. Working in a team environment, you will be technically minded with the ability to problem solve and continuously drive for excellence.
**Key Skills**:

- Netsuite experience highly regarded
- Intermediate level Office - Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced, high-energy environment
- Sound understanding of accounting principles

**About the role**
As the Finance Support Officer your primary function is to provide daily support to the Accounts Officers and ad hoc support to both the Payroll and Purchasing team.
Your key tasks will include:

- Processing of vendor bills including support
- Inter-company billing transactions and reconciliation
- Administration of the credit card management system
- Ad hoc administrative and information collation tasks in support of the Group Payroll Officer and the Purchasing Team
