We are the marketing engine that powers some of Australia's largest businesses - helping brands to stand out by crafting really clever (and let's face it, awesome) promotional products, printing and merchandise that they use to grow their business.

We're on the hunt for a sales admin team member to help us with the preparation of quotes and supporting admin functions of the business, as well as being one of the friendly voices of our brand.

This is an opportunity to join a professional promotional marketing agency at the ground floor and grow into being an integral part of our support system - across our 3 business brands.

Duties:

  • Telephone / reception
  • Office/admin support to our sales team
  • Preparation of sales quotes
  • Communication with our suppliers about products/work in progress
  • Admin Support to our managing director
  • Updates/communication to our clients

Other important details worth knowing:

  • Monday - Thursday (8.30am - 5.00pm), Friday (8.30am - 3.00pm)
  • A commitment that no 2 days will be the same

In terms of age, we're open to any age, providing they have the ability to learn new skills and complete work to a high degree of quality and accuracy… plus, of course, we want them to be great fun to work with.

You'll also need:

  • Highly competent and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook and Excel is essential
  • Drivers' License
