About the Role
The Executive Assistant to CEO is a crucial role supporting and enabling the CEO, and Board of Directors. It involves the proactive and attentive organisation on behalf of the CEO and Board, as well as the ability to collate and disseminate critical business information.
This is a full-time opportunity for an immediate start.

The role is suitable for career administration professionals with a desire to demonstrate their talented skillset and contribute by enhancing a high-functioning and fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to (position description available for more information):

- Management of Calendar for the CEO and assist with coordination of daily duties/schedule
- Administration and coordination of meetings, taking notes/minutes and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, and build lasting relationships that enable and enhance the efforts of the CEO
- General Office management including ordering of stationery, flowers/gifts and other ad-hoc requirements
