**The Role**:
Are you a dynamic leader ready to make your mark? We're seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join our Sleeping Giant Bankstown Team. As the leader of our store, you'll oversee all operations, from empowering our staff to achieving sales targets, ensuring our store shines inside and out.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspire and lead our retail team, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and surpass targets.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation through thoughtful merchandising and cleanliness.
- Nurture talent through recruitment, training, and ongoing development.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing shrinkage.
- Utilize sales data to enhance profitability and foster customer loyalty.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, driving repeat business and brand advocacy.
- Uphold compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or assistant management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

**Please note**: Manual handling of up to 20kg is required for this role.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
