  • Experience with personal care, standing hoist, and general support worker duties (preferred but not a requirement)

What we Offer:

  • Competitive starting rate of $34.73/hr on weekdays;
  • $48.62/hr on Saturdays;
  • $62.51/hr on Sundays and;
  • $76.41/hr on Public holidays.
  • We pay $0.96/km for any travel incurred during your shift.

Prior Experience and Qualifications:

  • Mandatory NDIS Orientation and Induction modules must be completed before commencing employment.
  • Working with Children Check and NDIS Screening Check must be cited before commencing employment.
  • 1 year of experience as a support worker is preferred but not necessary.
  • We will train you on everything in house
  • You will also be encouraged to gain certifications in first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, mental health, and more.
  • High-performing members of our team may have their enrollment in relevant TAFE courses covered to supplement the experience gained with us.
