From people data, benefits administration, payroll, and other People & Culture activities they seek to drive efficiency, consistency and standardised people processes through integrated people solutions.

**About the Opportunity**

The Senior HR/Payroll Systems Analyst plays a key role within the Shared Services team and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our people systems. and supporting People & Culture activities across the enterprise.

Supporting People & Culture activities through strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as drive process improvement all whilst providing exceptional service to stakeholders and employees.

The primary function of this role is to assist People & Culture and Payroll business process owners by ensuring the systems fully support existing processes and by assisting with the implementation of changes and new processes.

Responsibilities include:

- Working with business process owners and key users to implement new or changed processes and to improve existing processes.
- Managing, resolving, and escalating system issues/defects.
- Providing effective and efficient support services for BAU activities
- Leading solution development, configuration and implementation of people systems and modules that reflect best practice whilst enhancing the employee experience.

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- SuccessFactors Suite
- P&C / Payroll system implementations and Payroll process
- At least 8 years’ experience in a similar professional role/environment
- Data driven
- Working with customers to understand their needs
- Experience operating in a compliance driven environment, ideally where employees have been covered by Agreements or Awards
- Demonstrated experience in working on strategic initiatives and change management in the systems environment, including contributing to significant system implementations in a complex business
- SuccessFactors RMK implementation
- Project Management certification / ITIL Foundation
- KRONOS
- Structured Query Language (SQL) queries
- Chris21
- Management of Learning Management System (LMS) platforms
