**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join our Human Resources team and play a crucial role in improving the quality, consistency, and reliability of our people data, particularly in areas like remuneration and modern Award compliance. Within this role, you will support our transition to SuccessFactors (SF)and underpin decision-making through accurate and trusted data analysis.

This role is a fixed term full-time position, and can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- **Data Review and Analysis**: Conduct detailed reviews of employee data to identify and rectify gaps and inconsistencies. Analyse data to ensure alignment with Modern Award, internal Reward framework, employee agreements and internal policies and practices.
- ** Data Cleansing and Preparation**: Perform rigorous data cleansing to ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of employee data, particularly data related to compensation, benefits, and award compliance. Prepare datasets for seamless migration to SF, ensuring compliance with technical requirements.
- ** System Integration Support**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful SF implementation. Align data processes with OnePeople project goals.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Work closely with teams within PP&C and CPU to align data processes and reporting requirements. Provide training and insights to key stakeholders on data accuracy and analytics.

**About You**
- Extensive knowledge of reward/remuneration principles, modern award interpretation, and best practices in compensation management
- Proven experience working in a project-based environment, ideally with HR or payroll, with a track record of successfully contributing to HR system implementations or data migration projects ideal
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and data visualisation techniques, and the ability to develop complex formulas for data analysis and reporting related to compensation and benefits
- Demonstrated experience in data cleansing and advanced data analytics, with a focus on identifying and resolving discrepancies in compensation data and ensuring compliance
- Proven ability to work with large datasets, ensuring integrity and accuracy
- Strong understanding of payroll systems and HR processes, familiarity with UKG and SAP or SuccessFactors is highly desirable
