We currently have an opportunity for a **Service & Warranty Administrator** to join our **Service & Warranty** team. Reporting to the Service and Warranty Manager, our new Service & Warranty Administrator will have demonstrated experience in a customer facing role, with the skills to manage and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders.

**_ What you’ll do:_**
- Work closely with Service & Warranty team and project teams
- Coordinate calendars and provide administration support for the Service & Warranty team, including arranging meetings with internal/external/relevant parties
- Manage and respond to customer complaints and manage the defect portal
- Data mining, including but not limited to project and supplier history
- Raise purchase orders
- Manage insurance claims, reports and costs
- Create bank charges and provide approval on retention and bank guarantees
- Weekly and Monthly reporting
- Set the agenda for, record minutes, and participate in weekly meetings

- Genuine interest to work in the Construction industry
- Career profile as a dedicated administration professional
- Customer Centric attitude with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Circa 3 to 5+ years’ experience working in a similar team administration support role
- Exposure to working in a construction company or parallel field environment is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience within administration
- High level of proficiency with the suite of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Sharepoint)
- Sound construction knowledge and understanding of building / construction trades
- Strong prioritisation, task management, attention to detail, and collaboration skills
