City Edge South Melbourne is looking for experienced and result oriented Sales Manager.
Sales Manager is responsible for establishing the Strategy and Framework for the Corporate Sales team to focus on driving the sales function in the company. This role will see you responsible for growing existing corporate accounts as well as identifying, winning and growing new businesses in the corporate segment and across a variety of other market segments across the country. You will lead and drive sales function for the Group to maximize the company's revenue and profits.
**Main Duties/Responsibilities**
1. Establish Overall Sales Strategy for the company to achieve optimum market share performance in the key regions.
2. Managing existing corporate accounts to perform to their full potential. Conduct regular reviews to ensure optimum performance.
3. Identify new corporate accounts, sign contracts and account activation. Conduct regular reviews to ensure optimum performance.
4. Establish a sales plan for all regions.
5. Establish and manage TMC business strategy for the company.
6. Sign up TMC's and manage performance as per company's strategy.
7. Prepare sales strategy for new hotel openings.
8. Establish lead generation process including but not limited to cold calling, agency targeting, etc.
9. Overall responsibility for Hotel Group corporate identity.
10. Coordinate development and printing of sales collateral.
11. Create and develop a wide range of different marketing materials for sales team, manage & monitor stock levels.
12. Maintain effective internal communication process to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of sales objectives and targets.
13. Ownership in the sales results and tracking process.
14. Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for the company.
15. Prepare annual sales budget and ensure performance to annual budget.
16. Represent the company in key corporate and social events as required.
17. Any other reasonable tasks allocated by the CCO or Leadership team
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
