**Sales management or Team leader exp in the professional services industry **are all highly regarded.

You need to have a business-to-business sales background, meaning you need to have a past in selling a concept B2B or B2C and managing a B2B or B2C team; Reason is that we are not taking inbound enquires from price conscious consumers looking for a 40% discount on a monthly bill.

You need to have an inspiring personality and be willing to roll-up the sleeves when and if required.

You need to be proficient using a PC and handy with reporting.

**Position** - Sales Manager - This vacant managers position is due to the elevation of your predecessor. adopt a team of sharp, vibrant, and self-motivated inbound telephone salespeople, this team was formed just under a year ago and the number of staff currently 17 and revenue has grown incredibly quickly. vacancy due to the prior manager adopting a more senior position in the company, prior, he has developed teams in other states and two international teams for our company based in Singapore and Dubai, both are still flying and like the Melbourne team he has handed them to 2 other managers, we are now looking for the person to take over the Melbourne team.

The team is highly motivated as they earn well-paid base salaries plus uncapped commissions and all sales are generated from warm to hot inbound enquiries all prequalified by the presales team prior to contact.

Your job is to work in with the team and develop each member further via one on ones, sales meetings, group and individual training and leadership. You have full autonomy inc the hiring and firing.

**Team Retention tools -** They earn a lot of money and it’s all inbound enquiries, no one has time to make a cold call, Your team of 17 are on excellent salaries and a highly motivating incentive structure, in addition we spend a king’s ransom on advertising and the inbound enquiries are in such abundance that we currently have a 2-week lag in returned calls, we have headcount to grow your team.
