**About the role**
**Main tasks**: Your primary function is to make sales and provide customer support to new and returning trade customers to the local branch.

**Other tasks**:
**Support** customers both face-to-face and over the phone with enquiries and orders.
**Pick and pack** orders in the warehouse
**Sort** parts in the on-site workshop
**Demonstrate** your mechanical aptitude, particularly electrical and hydraulic-related
**Maintain** excellent business relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
**Collaborate** with leadership to identify new and improved ways of engaging with the target market.
**Utilise** the business systems to your advantage and keep accurate documentation of orders.

- A current forklift licence
- Experience with inventory management systems
