We are a small, well funded company that services some of the biggest names in the country and currently looking for an office manager/Executive Assistant to our CEO to join our exciting team.

What you will do
- Conduct research and assist with the creation of presentations
- Screen incoming calls and correspondence and prioritise when appropriate
- Primary driver behind team events such as offsites and lunches
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the leadership team
- Manage the executive and team calendar, scheduling and adjusting appointments as required.

**Requirements**:

- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in travel and expense management systems
- Strong proficiency with GSuite including Gmail, Docs, Slides and Sheets
- Positive personality with excellent interpersonal and relational skills
