**Job Description Summary**: As the EA to the CEO of GE Healthcare Australia and New Zealand you will be responsible ensuring smooth and efficient support to the CEO and Executive Leadership team where required, responsibilities will be broad and changeable in nature ranging from providing executive assistance, coordinating events or leading special projects, arranging conferences through to preparing presentations. Success will be achieved by having strong business acumen and the ability to work in an ever-changing, fast paced environment. This may include, diary management, event management, travel planning, expenses management and other tasks as required. - Support other business leaders across ANZ as and when required - Coordinate internal and external events, meetings and activities - Handling highly confidential and sensitive information - Utilise social media to increase brand awareness, promote events and share news - Lead and coach a team of 4 admin staff located remotely across Australia and New Zealand - Lead regular operating mechanism with all administration staff across ANZ to ensure alignment of activities - Ensure development and capability of all administration staff across ANZ, leading on boarding and training activities **About You**: You are always two steps ahead and working in a fast-paced environment is what you thrive on, maintaining a cool head in times of pressure and a unique ability to just get things done, whilst never sacrificing on quality and attention to detail. Building trust early with the CEO will be essential and you will do this with your self-discipline around following up, executing on tasks, and doing what you say you will do. **Qualifications and Experience**: - Extensive experience in supporting a senior executive, ideally C-Suite in a corporate environment - Experience leading a small team to deliver exceptional customer service across the business - Experience working across a matrix with excellence communication skills at all levels of the business - Social media experience with the ability to utilise different platforms to increase brand awareness, promote events and share news - Solid proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, PowerPoint and Xcel) - Demonstrated experience in maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professional support with respect to sensitive business matter - Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and desire to achieve agreed outcomes - Proven professional business acumen with strong prioritisation and organisational skills - Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement - The ability to pre-empt and foresee problems before they occur and always have a solution prepared - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English - Ability to travel, sometimes on an adhoc basis - Compliance with vaccination mandates GE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
