**About the role**:
My client, a global Financial Services organisation, are seeking an experienced EA/Office Manager for a dual role in Sydney CBD. As the EA and Office Manager you will be responsible for the daily office management of the Corporate Head Office in Australia whilst also providing Executive support to the Head of APAC.
**Duties within the role will include but not be limited to**:
- Daily management of the office
- Coordinate board meetings
- Stakeholder and vendor management
- Minute taking when required
- Creation of presentations and meeting agendas
- Travel coordination when required
- Document preparation
- Project coordination
- Facilities management
- HR Coordination/Onboarding
- CRM and database management
- Invoicing/Expenses
- Handling confidential matters
- Event coordination
- Floor warden duties
**About you**:
- 5 years + in a similar EA/Office management role
- Exceptional attitude, immaculate presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role
- Stakeholder management
- Experienced in MS Suite, outlook, and Canva
- Solution focused and proactive nature
- Resilient and able to push back when required
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
- Able to work autonomously and make decisions effectively
