Are you ready to drive your career forward with the largest motor vehicle distributor in the South Pacific region? We're seeking a dynamic National Service Manager to lead a team in Papua New Guinea (PNG) and elevate technical standards to new heights.
As the National Service Manager, you will:
- Oversee annual budgets
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies
- Prepare training initiatives for PNG Citizen staff
- Focus on maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and employee safety compliance
- Play a key role in monitoring product faults, supporting dealership goals, and reviewing employee performance
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Automotive training & qualifications with 5yrs plus practical automotive management experience.
- A solid background in automotive service management, complemented by a strong mechanical aptitude and a knack for critical thinking.
- Your ability to build strong relationships, coupled with your attention to detail and computer literacy, will be instrumental in your success
