**Who We Are**
As a Queensland-owned company with offices along the east coast of Australia, we have a rapidly growing & dynamic team consisting of administrators, schedulers, technicians, and sales managers. We are looking for a driven National Service Sales Manager who can proactively assist the team in promoting Sure Power’s services and products to existing and prospective customers to achieve sales and margin goals, new sales, and retain existing sales. Additionally, you will professionally represent the team by building relationships with our customers, promoting Sure Power’s offerings, and achieving high customer satisfaction.
**The Role**
**Your responsibilities**:
- Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities.
- Actively acquire new customers and build the company’s clientele.
- Maintain internal & external relationships, actively sell and focus on increasing customer base.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gain lead insight, perform sales forecasting, account planning and other related sales tasks to grow the business profitably
- Initiate a proactive approach to the customer relationship management process.
- Responsible to National Sales Manager
- Monitor customer buying habits and proactively identify ways to maintain and increase the volume of customer orders.
- Proactively seek sales opportunities.
- Create quotes and enter orders as needed
- Update pricing sheets
- Support the Sales Team in setting up customer meetings & attend customer meetings as needed.
- Assist in closing sales.
**Our requirements**:
- Successful experience in Customer Service or Sales functions.
- Proficient use of key sales techniques (patience, understanding needs, persuasion, upselling, and overcoming objections.)
- Have an understanding of Sure Power’s services and product information
- Firm command of assessing customer needs relative to Sure Power’s products
- Ability to work independently or in a team, confidently with little supervision
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 & SimPro
- Experience in UPS and/or electrical/industrial field is preferred, but not essential
This is a long-term, full-time position, operating during standard business hours. Although our head office is in East Brisbane, we are open to applicants also located in Sydney or Melbourne.
