**About the role**:
We are seeking a skilled building supervisor to join our team as a key member in the delivery of a range of specialised modular construction projects. This is a fixed-location role based at our High Wycombe production facility, focused on supervising the factory-based construction of modular buildings. You’ll ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and budget compliance. This full-time role is ideal for someone with experience in modular construction or building supervision, especially across projects of different sizes and complexity. You’ll enjoy a varied workload, collaborate with a supportive team, and have opportunities to further develop your skills with a market leader in modular construction.

**The key responsibilities of the role are**:

- Lead, mentor, and support the team (including contractors) to achieve project objectives, KPIs, and maintain effective communication
- Supervise multiple builds at different stages to ensure on-time, on-budget completion, meeting quality and safety standards
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate work, materials, and resources to maximize workflow and minimize delays or waste
- Oversee all aspects of each build in the yard, including QA inspections, contractor performance, and up-to-date documentation
- Liaise with departments and schedulers, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance against targets
- Report on key measures, address re-work or issues, and contribute to business improvement initiatives

With a strong background in modular construction supervision, you consistently deliver projects on time and within budget while upholding the highest HSEQ standards. You set the standard for your team, offering clear guidance and support to both contractors and internal staff. Your commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork ensures that project goals are consistently achieved or surpassed.
