**About the role**

Join the talented team at Mr Mini Earthworks as a Building Construction Supervisor. In this full-time role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects in the Perth, WA 6000 region. Your proven leadership and technical expertise will be instrumental in ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

**What you'll be doing**
- Supervise and coordinate construction crews to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise
- Develop and implement project schedules, monitor progress, organise material and stock and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the construction team
- Collaborate with the project management team to identify and resolve any construction challenges
- Maintain detailed records and documentation throughout the construction process

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Building Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong technical knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and coordinate construction crews
- Working knowledge of relevant safety regulations and construction best practices
- Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and make sound decisions under pressure

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week

- 10 hour shift
