Reporting directly to the Build Manager - FMG, this role will be responsible for the provision of robust and effective leadership and execution of the T264 Truck assembly.** **The Build Supervisor role is required to lead and direct outcomes set out by the Build Manager, ensuring compliance and conformance to operational goals and company needs. This will be a Perth based role on a 2/2 roster with back-to-back support.

**Duties**:

- Provide effective leadership and direction to allocated team members
- Drive a project’s completion through accuracy and compliance to process and deliverables
- Provide reports and liaise with customers regarding operations

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous planning / scheduling experience
- Experience in supervising employees with the desire to drive a team
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Trade certificate in relevant discipline highly regarded
