**About The Opportunity**

As the Technical Support Specialist, based at our Perth Office, you will play a vital support role for customers of our solution, Micromine Pitram. Being at the forefront of client interactions, your work will solidify customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction with Micromine's products and services

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Scoping, configuring, and deploying Micromine Pitram for customers.
- Ensuring enhancement requests, bugs, and development issues are raised and resolved.
- Provide training to current and new software users.
- Assist with presales support.
- Travel to client mine sites as required.

**About You**

You will have an interest in computer software as well as proven experience within help desk, technical support, or database administration positions.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- A tertiary qualification in IT, engineering, or another related technical discipline.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Experience training clients on software.
- Comfortable traveling onsite to mines to assist clients.
- Whilst not essential, experience with general purpose mining software (ideally fleet management) would allow you to hit the ground running.
