**About the role**
Are you someone who is passionate about health and wellbeing and have a performance mindset with a natural ability to interpret data, communicate results and develop winning customer propositions?
We might just have the role for you, working in the Live Better team at Medibank.
The Live Better team is responsible for Live Better - a health and wellbeing and rewards program designed to support and reward Medibank members for leading healthier and happier lives. Live Better is a key pillar in Medibank’s strategy to transform to a health company and fulfil its 2030 vision.
In this 9 month opportunity as a Partnerships Manager, you will develop, manage and optimise the Live Better partnerships portfolio in line with Medibank’s customer loyalty and retention strategy.
You will work closely with new and existing external partners, as well as internal business functions to identify opportunities to increase engagement with the Live Better partner proposition. As owner of the “Members Choice Advantage” (MCA) Live Better proposition, the role will work closely with ancillary providers and internal teams to develop partner propositions and associated member benefits.
Sound confusing? These tasks that form your day to day, should make it clearer:
- Clear articulation of objectives & key results required for each partnership to relevant teams/squads.
- Work closely with Marketing to develop campaign strategies, processes and schedules to ensure all partner performance requirements are met.
- Identify and evaluate potential partner opportunities against core segment needs, providing recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Work alongside relevant partners to understand their business needs and develop solutions/propositions that strengthen the member value proposition.
- Work closely with the relevant crews & squads, Legal, Compliance, IT, Finance, Ancillary and Security business partners to implement new propositions, ensuring adherence to all Medibank processes.
**Now, who are you?**
Enough about us, let’s talk about youyou have experience developing and managing third party relationships /partnerships.
You also have a proven track record in building consumer led solutions based on insight.
You are experienced in contract negotiations and enjoy working with partners to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
You might also have strong experience in commercial management and excellent internal and external communications capabilities.
You are someone who is passionate about driving performance and love working with data to tell a story.
We are also open to this role being 4 days a week or full time.
