**About The Role**

We are currently seeking a Product Coordinator to join the Jacqui E team within the Womens outerwear category. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and demonstrate your passion for product

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 excluding superannuation.

**Responsbilities**
- Assisting the Product Manager in the sampling approval process including fittings and approval comments
- Inputting information into the Range Planner, also ensuring costs, units and delivery dates are accurate and up to date
- Liaising daily with our offshore and local suppliers for costings and delivery confirmation as well as sample and trim submissions
- Briefing new ranges to suppliers for development
- Managing and tracking the sample process, critical path, production schedules and freight timelines
- Supporting the product team with sample and administrative needs such as weekly sales meeting preparation, campaign shoots, seasonal meetings such as PSR and Strategy

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a Product Coordinator, Production Assistant or Supply Coordinator role is preferable
- Qualification in Fashion and Textile is advantageous
- Proactive, motivated and likes working in a fast pace environment
- Have great attention to detail and works well under pressure
- High level of productivity and efficiency
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Be a collaborative team member
