- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Coordinator
- ** **to join a dynamic team at allkinds.- This role reports to the Head of Product and Design. Its primary focus is to assist in the development and production process by creating and maintaining production trackers and schedules. The goal is to ensure timely delivery of products that meet quality standards, specifications, and financial objectives.**THE ROLE**:

- Implement and manage critical paths and production schedules for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and factories to secure production space.
- Input and manage data in the Range Plan for purchase orders and amendments.
- Ensure timely ordering and receipt of labels, ticketing, and barcodes.
- Regularly communicate with suppliers to track styles, samples, and materials.
- Collaborate with the Group Compliance Manager for testing requirements.
- Communicate product delays or issues to relevant teams.
- Maintain vendor performance reports and monitor issues.
- Support pre-production process and sustainability initiatives.
- Analyse return results in collaboration with the Merchandise Planning team.
- Negotiate costs with factories, suppliers, and agents.

**THE REQUIREMENTS**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
- Basic knowledge and understanding of product manufacturing and construction processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
- Proven experience in liaising with offshore vendors
- Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic team environment
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, taking initiative as needed
- Solid numerical and analytical skills
- Effective prioritisation and time management abilities
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced skills in Excel would be a valuable asset
