**PRODUCTION COORDINATOR**:
**INTRODUCTION**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and competent Production Coordinator to join the team at Propel working across Drizabone and RB Sellars brands. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will ensure that all aspects of production are completed in line with the critical path and support the Production team in planning, administration.

**FULL JOB DESCRIPTION**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and competent **Production Coordinator** to join the team at Propel working across Drizabone and RB Sellars brands.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will ensure that all aspects of production are completed in line with the critical path and support the Production team in planning, administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the receipt and issuing process of raw materials for production orders.
- Ensure all raw materials orders are delivered to destination on time in relation to the critical path
- Once product qty’s are quantified by the Merchandise Planner, the Production co-ordinator is responsible for quantifying and raising all orders for raw materials and trims
- Generate and supply relevant and accurate barcode reports for suppliers, in line with the critical path
- Following through the finished goods production process from commencement through to shipment approval
- Follow up of the shipment costing process after 3PL receipt
- Assist with payment management process

About You:

- Sound experience in similar role with an understanding of the apparel production cycle
- Experience using an ERP system (Apparel21 preferred)
- Understanding of management of raw materials
- Meticulous 0attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word
- A strong interest in the apparel and footwear industry
