**Key responsibilities**:
- Monitoring and managing requests raised via Service Desk or incoming calls, and prioritising to ensure jobs progress appropriately.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques to determine the best solution for users.
- Professional liaison with users to support and maintain an end-to-end solution for the business. Managing user access to IT systems and provisioning user equipment.
**The skills you will need;**
- Exceptional customer service skills with experience within or a passion for the IT industry
- The ability to work within a diverse set of competing priorities and work quickly and effectively through problems to provide creative solutions for end user problems
- High level of understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems Computer networking fundamentals and ITIL foundation knowledge
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Academic skills equating to 12 years of formal education
- Demonstrated experience in providing a high level of customer service
- Proven ability to schedule and prioritise work to meet deadlines set by the Manager Proven ability to work remotely and independently
- Proven ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Basic understanding of the latest telecommunication technology
- A strong sense of teamwork
