An exciting Australian start-up company who has developed construction based software and technology are seeking a well-organised and pro-active help desk support professional who is looking for exposure to a broader range of tasks, including administration duties and client experience. This company was initially founded in 2018 and has multiple offices around the country along with plans to soon to expand into the international market.

Due to rapid growth, this company is looking for ambitious self-starters who are prepared to work hard and share in the future growth and success of the business. The team is tight knit, passionate and supportive.

The Role:

- Customer-facing or administrative roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven organisational skills with a high attention to detail
- Basic software troubleshooting
- Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
- Thriving in a fast-moving environment with the ability to multitask
