ICT Help Desk Officer - State Government Organisation - Higher Rate

**Your new company**

This State Government Organisation is currently looking for an ICT Help Desk Officer to join their IT Helpdesk Team in a short term contract until mid-July with the potential to extend for another 3 months. This organisation is located in Sydney CBD area. You will have the opportunity to work as a part of a large state government organisation of NSW.

**Your new role**

As an ICT Help Desk Officer, you will provide leadership to their IT Helpdesk Team and provide level 1 and level 2 technical support. You will also be providing support on infrastructure and hardware deployments. You will have the opportunity to have the experience of handling problem management and coordination of the service desk team.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
- Previous experience in with Office 365, Active Director, Windows10 and Teams
- Previous experience in hardware deployment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
